Body: Hare's ear / rubberleg dubbing mix
This fly is the quickest tie ever: Put in some lead wire, then dub the body with a dubbing loop. Or you split the thread, which I prefer, and then you are done.
The sea trout in the picture was caught by me. As you can see there was a little bit of sunshine and quite calm water. There where plenty of fish, but it was not so easy to catch them. Until I downsized, then it was actually not difficult.
Only downsize if you are certain there is fish in the area and you don't get strikes. And only, if the conditions are really calm.
