Hook: Hanak jig hook
Bead: Slotted bead
Dubbing: Hare's ear
I like to use strong colours on my tying thread for this pattern. Maybe a little fetish from my teenage years when the girls in my class where using these kind of colours on their nail varnish.
I make a little hot spot with the thread at the end of the hook shank, then I split my thread and put the dubbing in. I added a tiny bit of flash to the dubbing, just in order to catch the eye of the fisherman and signal new school-ness.
If the fish are not taking this nymph, I suggest you try a dry or leave them alone. They might just not be feeding at all.
