Heavy nymphs should be fast to tie, because you will eventually loose or destroy them. This is a prime example of a simple fly design: Tie in the antron tag, cut it to length. Tie in 3 peacock herls and twist them to a rope with you tying thread, wind forward and tie off. It is that simple.
There seems to be a common understanding, that grayling like orange or red tags, but trout do, too. If you fear the tag will scare the trout away, you can always leave the tag away.
