Hook: Hanak jig hook
Bead: 3.5 mm slotted bead
Body: CDC
Tying this fly is so easy, that I feel guilty afterwards. Tying them so that they look nice, is much more difficult. The best way to achieve a somewhat clean looking Instagram model is just tying up a few and pick the nicest one.
In case you haven't already figured it out, you just tie in the cdc at the tip at the end of the hook shank, tie forward and tie off. Some CDC fibres will stick out and leave some bugginess. If you go for likes, you should trim these carefully. I admit I have done this for this photo.
This is likely not the most durable fly, but should survive a couple of fish easily. If the feather breaks, it is very easy to tie in a new one on the hook.
